Miniten - A New Winter Sport?

Schools close, transport grinds to a halt but we don't. What's a bit of snow when it's a beautiful clear sunny day, we have enough dull and dreary winter days to endure.

As you can see, the shadows are lengthening and it's almost time to go indoors to warm up in the sauna or enjoy a lovely bubbly session in the hot tub.

By the way, does anybody know a source for black tennis balls?

On a more serious note, as a result of the unusually cold weather over the

last few weeks we've experienced a number of burst pipes around the grounds and at members sites. At the moment the water supply has been turned off to all parts of the grounds and is only available in the clubhouse. Obviously when the weather improves we will have to restore the supply and at that time sites that have not been checked or independently isolated may be liable to flooding. Hopefully all will be well but we strongly advise members to visit their sites, examine pipe-work and if possible turn off isolation taps. You may also wish to be on-site when the supply is restored. We will keep you informed on this site and also by email or phone if possible. (Monday 11th January '10)

It is planned that water will be restored to all sites at lunch-time on Saturday 23/01/10.

Naturism and naturist clubs in particular represent different things to different people. Our members have use of the club and its amenities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with very few limitations, mainly to ensure safety. Our organised social activities are available to everyone who wants to join in and they cost only a fraction of similar events in the outside world. But the club is first and foremost a place where people can get together with their friends in a peaceful, beautiful and natural setting.
